"Ashley, Ashley, Ashley..."

Back for another update. Just a week to go before I come home. I´m a little sad because I´m now a part of the Garfields family (Garfield Bar). I´ve been typing non stop for 27 minutes, so you´ll have to excuse me! I´ve sent e-mails to people who want to exchange patches for the quilt, sent an e-mail to my cousin Leanne who I´ve been in constant contact with throughout this holiday ;) I´m kinda glad about going home because I miss Craig so much. I´ve only cried twice and that was when the second singer the other night sang 2 slow love songs. The best thing was that Ashley, our compere, started acting all silly and I was in fits of laughter straight after. I tried to sing Boyzone´s "You needed me" with Ash messing around blowing a trumpet in my face. He was just goofing off and I couldn´t sing for laughing so much. He´s such a laugh. He always introduces me to the stage as "Our Kirsty" and when I get off the stage it´s either "What a voice!" or "Cracking stuff!" I admit he´s very cute. If Maggie´s reading this, I hope you had a safe journey home. Garfield´s won´t be the same without you guys! last night I played "Spin The Wheel" and I managed to get through to the final! I chose envelope 3, and then Ashley started to bribe me. "I´ll give you 2 Euros, for what´s in that envelope" "No thank you" I said. "Ok, 4 Euros and a bacon sandwich in the morning..." The crowd went "Wooooooooooo!" I was like "Tempting, but no, lmao." I ended up winning a bottle of Bacardi :) but Ashley went: "She´s won a Moped!" everyone, taking him seriously, couldn´t believe it. I couldn´t believe they belived him seeing as the jackpot (in envelope 8!) is only 60 Euros! Then he went "No, a Mop ´Ed" lmao! Afterwards Megan wrote him a little note saying "Is the bacon sandwich still available" and handed it to him! lol. I´ve got to get my parents in Garfield´s tonight, and ask Ash nicely to do his Thunderbirds thing. And the rude songs again! Megan says she doesn´t feel up for it tonight, and I wouldn´t be allowed to go on my own (kinda making me wonder about next summer, wanting to do compere work over here!) We´re going to the Water park tomorrow, Jeep Safari up to Mount Teidi Thursday, not sure Friday, Saturday water park and swimming with dolphins! then after I´m not sure. Oh, the sun´s come back out! Darn it. I was hoping for a cool day. It´s been up 39 degrees. One thing Ashley does is saying complaints and you have to point out who says that complaint in your group. I was stood at the bar with Scott and Megan was queing for the bathroom and she was drunk by that point (we´ve actually noticed that by 11pm, Ashley is always drunk.) and she was pointing all over the place! Anyway, I´ve been on the net for almost an hour now. Better get back and see poor Megan!
